Terms and Conditions

1. What we sell

We sell digital game keys for PC. Each product page shows the platform the key is for and the region where it activates. We are not the publisher of the games and we are not affiliated with Valve, Steam, or any game publisher or platform. All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Your order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and deliver your key by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order we will refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, including any taxes that apply to your order. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

Your key is delivered by email and saved in your account as soon as your payment is confirmed. See our Digital Delivery Policy for details.

5. Region and compatibility

Please check the platform, region and system requirements on the product page before you buy. A key only works in the region shown. If you confirm at checkout that a key is compatible with your account and it later fails because of a region mismatch, we may not be able to refund it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Your right to cancel

Under UK law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content this right ends once we have started to deliver it with your agreement. By placing your order you ask us to deliver your key immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the key has been delivered.

7. Faulty or invalid keys

If a key is invalid, has already been used, or does not activate for a reason other than a region mismatch, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the proof described in our Refund Policy. We will replace the key or refund you. See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Using your key

Keys are for your personal use. You may not resell keys or use them for commercial purposes. Use of the game is also subject to the terms of the platform and the publisher.

9. Your account

Please give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

10. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by platforms or publishers, such as account bans or removal of a game, or for events outside our reasonable control.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy, please email us first and we will try to put it right.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
