Digital Delivery Policy

How you get your key

All our products are digital. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email your key to the address on your order and save it in your account under My account, then Game keys. Nothing is shipped.

How long it takes

Delivery is normally within minutes. Occasionally an order needs a manual check, which can take longer. If we need more time, we will email you.

If your key has not arrived

1. Check your spam or junk folder.
2. Log in and look under My account, then Game keys.
3. If it has not arrived after 30 minutes, email support@qodegames.com with your order number and we will help.

Redeeming your key

Each product page links to activation instructions for the platform. Please check the platform and region on the product page before you buy.

We recommend taking full-screen screenshots, with the taskbar date and time visible, when you redeem each key: the key entered, any error message, your Steam licenses page and your account details page. If a key fails, these are the proof we need for a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy.
